We are incredibly excited for this upcoming litter of G3 Colorado Mountain Dogs. Fable’s soul is as gentle as they come—she is currently training as a therapy dog and shows strong potential for service work. She adores babies and proudly shares the role of Puppy Raiser with Nova. With excellent recall and the ability to travel off-leash, Fable’s true purpose in life is simply to make people happy.

T23 Epic is a newer addition to the CMD breed, and his outstanding conformation and exceptional temperament made him an ideal candidate for registration. He boasts clean DNA and excellent hip scores, further strengthening the quality of this pairing. You can find more information about Epic here.

We’re excited to announce an upcoming G3 litter pairing TOF Nova with UUU Mythos.

Nova is an old soul in every sense—wise, steady, and deeply trustworthy. She is safe with all livestock, even baby chicks, and spends her days calmly watching the skies for predators. We truly couldn’t run our homestead without her. Nova has a natural instinct to nurture, often adopting any baby she encounters and raising them with quiet discipline and grace. She has earned our complete trust.

Mythos is a newer addition to the CMD breed, and he has already proven himself to be something special. In addition to his striking appearance, he possesses a gentle, thoughtful, and serious nature. He is deeply bonded to his livestock and, even when given freedom, prefers to remain close—often waiting patiently by the gate to return after a short time out. While he enjoys people, his true strength and focus are with his animals.

From this pairing, we expect calm, gentle, and laid-back pups with a strong, unwavering devotion to their charges—whether they have two legs or four. Both Nova and Mythos are naturally home-oriented, showing no desire to roam or challenge fences, and we hope to see that same reliability passed on to their puppies.

This upcoming litter is shaping up to be something truly special. Mythos brings a calm, more serious presence—until it’s time for cuddles and belly rubs—while Journey is an easygoing, playful goofball who keeps things light. Together, their complementary personalities are expected to produce puppies with a beautifully balanced temperament.

Both parents are exceptionally well-rounded: they have excellent recall, respect boundaries, live peacefully with goats and other dogs, and are affectionate with everyone they meet. Visually, this pairing is just as exciting. Their rich dark blue coats, combined with Mythos’s height and elegance and Journey’s stockier build, should result in puppies with refined muzzles, strong structure, and striking, high-quality coats.

Potential colors from this pairing include blue, blue wolf sable, black, cream, and white.

This breeding will only move forward if all health testing meets our standards and Mythos is officially registered with the CMDR. This will be a truly special, sweet, and steady litter.

OUM Maeve is as gentle as they come—I sometimes think she doesn’t have a mean bone in her body (though any predator might tell a different story). She’s the kind of dog who stays behind, snuggled in with the goats, quietly keeping them safe while the other dogs rush toward any threat. Maeve loves every person, dog, and animal she meets, and she has an especially soft spot for babies of any species. Her Mastiff lineage brings both impressive size and a deeply rooted gentleness.

T23 Atlas is the definition of a gentle giant, standing 31 inches tall and weighing around 120 pounds. He’s not only strikingly handsome but also highly intelligent and obedient.
